How do I sign up for a subscription?
On any eligible product page, select 'Save 15% with auto shipment', choose your delivery frequency from the dropdown, and add the product to cart.
Non-members save 15% off the regular price on every subscription order. Members save an additional 5% on top of their existing member discount when they subscribe.
Do members get an additional discount for subscribing?
Yes. Members receive their existing member discount plus an extra 5% discount on top for auto-shipment orders.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
When you subscribe to a product, we automatically reship it on the schedule you choose and charge your saved payment method each time. Once you're subscribed, simply log in to your account to manage everything such as frequency, delivery date, quantity, product swaps, and more.
How do I change, skip, or cancel my subscription order?
Log in to your account and go to the "Auto Shipments" tab to:
- Change your shipping address
- Update your next order date
- Adjust your delivery frequency
- Skip an upcoming order
- Change product quantity
- Add more products to your subscription
- Edit your payment method
- Cancel or reactivate your subscription
Can I use promo codes on subscription orders?
Promo codes cannot be combined with your subscription discount. Subscription orders will automatically apply your subscriber discount at checkout.
